Strong businesses take time to step back, assess where they are, and identify what needs to happen next. Join us for an in-person workshop focused on how to perform a SWOT analysis for your business, helping you better understand your strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. This session will help business owners think more strategically about growth, operations, competition, and long-term planning.

Karen Crnkovich, DMC Service: 

As President of DMC Service, Karen brings firsthand experience leading and growing a woman-owned commercial HVAC and plumbing business. Her team regularly uses SWOT analysis to evaluate opportunities and navigate challenges. She will help business owners use the same framework to clarify priorities and identify practical next steps.
