Strengthen your business strategy with a workshop designed to help business owners use SWOT analysis!

Strong businesses take time to step back, assess where they are, and identify what needs to happen next. Join us for an in-person workshop focused on how to perform a SWOT analysis for your business, helping you better understand your strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.

This session will help business owners think more strategically about growth, operations, competition, and long-term planning.

As President of DMC Service, Karen brings firsthand experience leading and growing a woman-owned commercial HVAC and plumbing business. She will help business owners think through how SWOT analysis can clarify priorities, challenges, and next steps.
