Is Your Business Plan Working?

Strengthen your business strategy with a workshop designed to help business owners use SWOT analysis!

Strong businesses take time to step back, assess where they are, and identify what needs to happen next. Join us for an in-person workshop focused on how to perform a SWOT analysis for your business, helping you better understand your strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.

This session will help business owners think more strategically about growth, operations, competition, and long-term planning. 

The event will begin with networking, followed by a workshop facilitated by: 

Karen Crnkovich, DMC Service: 

As President of DMC Service, Karen brings firsthand experience leading and growing a woman-owned commercial HVAC and plumbing business. She will help business owners think through how SWOT analysis can clarify priorities, challenges, and next steps.

Grace Ahn, NvisionKC, SBC Co-Chair: 

As Founder and CEO of NvisionKC, Grace leads a fast-growing technology consulting firm focused on automation, analytics, software development, and practical business solutions. She will share a business-owner perspective on using strategy, data, and clear planning to strengthen operations and support growth.

Rebecca Gubbels, Enterprise Center in Johnson County, SBC Co-Chair: 

As Executive Vice President of Operations - Enterprise Center in Johnson County, Rebecca brings deep experience in banking, entrepreneurship, and small business mentorship.
