Art for Arthritis Gala Volunteer

We are looking for volunteers to help us execute an amazing Art for Arthritis gala event on Saturday, July 25, 2026! The event is scheduled to be held at the Marriott Kansas City Hotel in downtown Kansas City, MO. The address is 200 W. 12th St., Kansas City, MO 64105. We are looking for volunteers from approximately 5:00 PM until the event ends at 10:00 PM.

There are a variety of roles that need to be filled throughout the evening such as registration / check in volunteers, silent auction monitors, raffle ticket sales, wine pull sales, live program assistance, silent auction management during the program and check out. Once we determine the volunteers that are able to join us, we will be able to determine placements throughout the evening.

Additionally, our volunteer coordinator from past years, Becky, will not be able to join us this year. It is a higher level volunteer role that requires you to be on site for a little bit longer as well as participation in a pre-event meeting with me (and possibly Becky) to discuss your role at the event. If this is something that you are interested in, please reach out! I'd love to talk with you about it.

If you have any accommodations that we will need to consider, please let us know! If you are willing to help out but cannot arrive by 5:00 PM or need to leave earlier than 10 PM, please let us know that as well.

We will cover your parking in the garage as well as dinner at the event. Dress will be business casual.
