This JCCC workshop is for the small business owner wanting to learn how to protect their business name, logo, content and creative works. Focus is on protecting trademarks and copyrights while avoiding infringing upon the rights of others. The basics of the patent process will also be addressed. Taught by an attorney who provides practical and useful information.
