We will delve into EOS’s key components, including Vision, Traction, and Healthy, High-Performing Teams through Foundational Tools and Data, Issues & Process. Through interactive discussions, case studies and hands-on exercises, you will create a compelling company vision, set clear objectives and develop practical strategies for execution. This series will be led by EOS Certified Implementers. This course is not eligible for the Take 3 discount.
