This 4-session leadership development course is designed specifically for small business owners to lead with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose. This course goes beyond theory, inviting participants into deep reflection, honest conversations, and practical application. The training integrates leadership styles, the influence of lived experiences, and the emotional truths of leading a business. Through interactive exercises, coaching frameworks, and actionable tools, participants will sharpen their decision-making, build stronger teams, and elevate their leadership presence with purpose and authenticity. Business owners interested in this series should already have employees or are actively hiring/ready to hire. Registration includes 4 sessions: January 21, February 4, February 18, and March 4. Every session is 9am-11am.
