How the Law Develops: This portion of the discussion will provide a high-level understanding of how statutes, regulations, administrative law processes, and court decisions intertwine to create the legal requirements in the HR world. 

Retirement Plans: Does your employer sponsor a retirement plan? Have you ever thought about why it’s set up the way it is? Or is your company thinking of establishing a plan and wondering what it might look like? Join us for a discussion of various plan-design options available to employers and some of the pros/cons of different alternatives. 

PTO Policies: Employers have great flexibility in how they design paid time off policies for their workplace. We will explore some ideas that employers might want to incorporate into their plans for 2025 and beyond. 

Potluck: This fifteen-minute block is reserved and will be utilized to address an area that develops over the summer and early fall.
