As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a results-driven and client-focused Sales & Business Development Representative to represent and sell our broad range of media production capabilities to prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify, contact, and secure new clients across industries in need of video, photography, or audio production services.

• Solution Selling: Consult with potential clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions using our suite of services (e.g., training videos, drone footage, headshots, podcast production, etc.).

• Proposal Development & Presentations: Develop professional proposals, deliver engaging sales presentations, and manage the quoting process to close deals effectively.

• Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Leverage CRM tools, outbound marketing, networking, and digital channels to build a strong pipeline of qualified leads.

• Collaboration with Creative Team: Work closely with producers, directors, and editors to ensure client expectations are clearly communicated and exceeded.

• Studio Rental Sales: Promote and manage bookings for our studio space for external production teams, podcasters, and content creators.

• Event & Trade Show Representation: Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, or industry mixers to promote services and generate leads.

Key Services You’ll Sell:

• Professional video production (corporate, branding, promotional, and training videos)

• Licensed drone videography and photography

• Still photography, including headshots and commercial shoots

• Podcast studio services (recording, editing, distribution support)

• Studio rental for photographers, videographers, and podcasters

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven sales experience, preferably in media production, creative services, or B2B environments

• Strong understanding of video/photo production processes and terminology

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-starter with the ability to manage time and leads independently

• Comfortable with CRM tools, email campaigns, and basic digital marketing

• Passion for creative industries and an eye for visual storytelling
