The College Baseball Hall of Fame is seeking energetic, outgoing, and baseball-loving team members to help operate the interactive Home Run Dugout Batting Bays inside the museum.

This is a unique opportunity to work at one of the premier attractions in the museum and help create memorable experiences for guests of all ages.

About the Experience

Home Run Dugout Batting Bays are patented, interactive baseball attractions that allow guests to experience the thrill of hitting a home run in a fun, social, and family-friendly environment. Guests can play in virtual MLB stadiums, compete with friends and family, and enjoy an immersive baseball experience unlike anything else in the country.

Responsibilities

Welcome and engage museum guests using the Batting Bays

Explain gameplay rules and assist guests with getting started

Monitor batting bay operations and ensure guest safety

Reset equipment and keep the attraction clean and organized

Troubleshoot basic operational issues and communicate with supervisors when needed

Help create a high-energy, positive guest experience

Encourage participation and maintain efficient guest flow during busy periods

Qualifications

Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills

Passion for sports, baseball, hospitality, or entertainment preferred

Comfortable interacting with families, kids, and large groups

Ability to stand and move throughout shifts

Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

Prior experience in attractions, hospitality, retail, guest services, sports, or entertainment is a plus, but not required

Schedule & Availability

Flexible part-time scheduling

Weekends, evenings, and holidays may be required based on museum operations and events
