Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, ensuring top-tier service and satisfaction.
  • Sales & Business Development: Proactively acquire new accounts by meeting with property managers, restaurant owners, and other key decision-makers in the field.
  • Event Networking: Represent the company at local business events, networking functions, and industry gatherings to generate leads and promote services.
  • Billing & Invoicing: Oversee client billing, process invoices, and manage account payments.
  • Daily Reporting: Communicate directly with the CEO and management team to report on progress, goals, and client updates.
  • Strategic Input: Provide insights to improve client experience and internal systems.
