✨ Move intuitively. Release expectations. Return to yourself. ✨ Join YogaSix for a unique 90-minute experience combining yoga and ecstatic dance with Dani! 

We'll begin with a grounding yoga flow to connect with the breath and awaken the body before transitioning into an uplifting, guided, free-form ecstatic dance journey. 

We'll close with a gentle yoga cool-down to integrate the experience and return to stillness. 

This is a supportive space to let go of self-judgment, reconnect with your body, and experience the joy of movement! 💙

No dance experience required- just wear comfortable clothes, bring a water bottle, and come with an open mind!
