Join us this summer for the kickoff event of our Small Ball, Big Dreams Book Club series featuring the book by Kansas City broadcaster and author Joel Goldberg.

Hosted by an Overland Park leader, this lunchtime discussion will focus on the first seven chapters of the book while exploring themes of leadership, teamwork, perseverance, and building big dreams through strong community connections. Attendees will enjoy meaningful conversation, professional networking, and community engagement with fellow business and civic leaders.

Lunch is included with registration, and because the Royals will be playing during our event, guests are invited to continue networking and conversation while enjoying the game together.

Reading the book in advance is encouraged, but not required, and attendees are welcome to participate in any individual event throughout the series.

We’ll also host one additional discussion session later this summer, so stay tuned for details. The series will conclude with a special wrap-up celebration at a Royals game, with the possibility of a special guest author.
