The event will begin with networking, followed by a panel discussion featuring local franchise leaders!

Angie Salmon is a seasoned franchise leader with more than 30 years of experience in the boutique fitness industry, including owning a globally top-20 studio and advising more than 100 franchise owners nationwide. She will share practical insight on evaluating franchise opportunities, navigating the owner journey and planning for long-term growth.
C.T. Taylor, Chick-fil-A - Oak Park Plaza
C.T. Taylor is the owner/operator of Chick-fil-A at Oak Park Plaza and a retired U.S. Air Force colonel with 29 years of military leadership experience. He will share lessons on operating a franchise, building strong team culture and leading a business with purpose!
Kirk Williams, Legacy Restaurant Group / Chicken Salad Chick
Kirk Williams is a minority owner of Legacy Restaurant Group and brings franchise operations experience from truck stops to nationally recognized restaurant chains. His work includes the local expansion of Chicken Salad Chick, and he will share insight on restaurant operations, franchise growth and entering a new market!
Royce Martin, Payentry
