The 99-room, four-story hotel represents a significant milestone in Bluhawk's evolution as a premier mixed-use destination that seamlessly integrates sports, entertainment, hospitality, dining, and retail at the Center of Sport + LifestyleTM. The hotel is ideally positioned adjacent to the 255,000 square foot, world-class AdventHealth Sports Park at Bluhawk, the $92 million youth multisport complex that opened in October 2024. The facility features indoor ice rinks, adaptable sport courts, training facilities, family entertainment, and food & beverage, making it a premier destination for youth sports tournaments and events. A 155,000-square-foot expansion is planned to open in 2027 that will add more sports facilities, indoor/outdoor pickleball, mini golf, and interactive sports games."
