Join us for a ribbon cutting as we celebrate the one-year anniversary of Taco Naco KC in downtown Overland Park!

Chef Fernanda Reyes began Taco Naco in Spring 2019 as a pop-up taqueria and nacho stand at festivals and as a catering company. Chef Fernanda has more than 15 years experience transporting the flavors of Mexico around the world. During her culinary studies, Fernanda participated in international culinary competitions where she received world renown recognition for her gastronomic performance.

During the pandemic in 2020, Chef Fernanda set up at the Overland Park Farmer’s Market as a way to showcase products for catering services. Her pop-up stand began offering Taco Kits to-go and prepackaged salsas, quesos and margarita mixes. After some success, she opened the market and taqueria in downtown Overland Park with pop-ups throughout the Greater Kansas City Area.

Chef Fernanda helped bring the vision of modern Mexican cuisine to Kansas City become a reality. Now she is changing the Kansas City taco game.
