Join us to celebrate the graduation of our 2025 Leadership Overland Park (LOP) class members. This is the 42nd graduating class of the Overland Park Chamber Foundation’s renowned professional development program.

For our keynote speaker we are pleased to have an LOP alum – Dr. Tom Trigg, who has 49 years of experience in education. Superintendent of Blue Valley USD 229 from 2004 to 2015, he more recently was superintendent of Highland Park ISD in Texas. Dr. Trigg was honored as Kansas Superintendent of the Year in 2011, the same year he was one of four finalists for National Superintendent of the Year. He has been an Education Week Leader to Learn From, an Ingram’s Education Icon, and received the Mike Kneale Educational Excellence in Leadership Award.

During the graduation ceremony, the 2025 Leadership Overland Park Educate & Elevate Scholarship will be presented to three recipients. Established by the LOP Class of 2020, the scholarship is designed to help in-need residents of Johnson County, Kansas gain a professional or technical career.
