KDOT is breaking ground on 69Express as a celebratory kickoff to the project. Governor Laura Kelly, U.S. Representative, KDOT Acting Secretary Calvin Reed, Overland Park Mayor Curt Skoog, and the 69Express Project team will celebrate at the Hilltop Conference Center.
