SMSD Student Chamber Startup Showcase

Mark your calendars for the an inspiring celebration of student innovation and entrepreneurship! Join us on Wednesday, April 30th, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at The Culture House in Oak Park Mall for the SMSD Student Chamber’s first-ever Startup Showcase.

This unique event features talented student entrepreneurs and business owners competing with their 5-minute business or nonprofit pitch ideas. Public voting will take place in mid-April to determine the top five finalists who will advance to the Startup Showcase. These finalists will compete for funding to bring their Real World Learning ventures to life.

Prizes for the competition include:

• $1,100 for 1st place

• $600 for 2nd place

• $300 for 3rd place
