
The Overland Park Chamber of Commerce is proud to host Small Business B(AI)sics, a free, practical AI training presented in partnership with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation, with support from Google. This national initiative is helping 40,000 small businesses across the country unlock new opportunities with artificial intelligence, and Overland Park is bringing that training directly to our business community.
This hands-on, in-person session is designed for small business owners and entrepreneurs of all backgrounds. No prior AI or technical experience is required. If you can use email and browse the web, you're ready to learn.
Your Workshop Trainer:
Leading the session is Christopher Allen, President and Consultant at Hewman.ai. With more than 25 years leading learning and development at organizations including Target, Blue Cross Blue Shield, 3M, and Kaplan, Christopher brings Fortune 500 experience paired with hands-on consulting agility. He has equipped more than 1,000 professionals with practical AI skills and served as lead subject matter expert for Coursera's "Copilot for Marketing" specialization, rated 4.7 out of 5 by more than 2,200 learners. At Hewman.ai, he works with organizations on AI strategy, governance, and enablement, then steps into the room to put that strategy into practice with their teams.
