Hillcrest Thrift Store is moving to Overland Park! Join us and the Hillcrest Transitional Housing team for a ribbon cutting and grand opening on April 15 to celebrate! Remarks and ribbon cutting will be at 11:45, with refreshments to follow.

Hillcrest Transitional Housing offers homeless families, singles, and youth a disciplined educational program within a caring, supportive environment. Unlike many organizations focusing on one-time or emergency care, Hillcrest’s primary objective is to move clients from homelessness to self-sufficiency by addressing the total life situation of the homeless families they serve. At any given time, there are approximately 100 households in Hillcrest's care. Hillcrest's thrift stores provide nearly 50% of the necessary funding to serve those who need their assistance, and their new larger space in Overland Park will offer an enhanced shopping experience featuring a wide selection of quality items.
