Join us for a joint event with the Economic Development Council and the Public Policy & Advocacy Committee for a presentation from Phil Hayes, Chairman of the Kansas Employment Security Board, on the status of our current unemployment trust fund system. Phil's extensive experience in human resource management and expertise with the state's unemployment trust fund system provides him with a unique perspective. He will address the scope and magnitude of problems impacting our unemployment system as well as potential solutions being considered by the Kansas Legislative.
