EDC November Luncheon - Comprehensive Plan Workshop

Join us for the next EDC luncheon program on Thursday, November 3rd from 11:30am-1pm, when we welcome Jack Messer, the Director of Planning for the City of Overland Park, to present an overview of Overland Park's comprehensive plan update.During this program Jack will discuss FrameworkOP, the City’s process to update its comprehensive plan. FrameworkOP is a mission to Overland Park is now looking to steer away from its “traditional” model and instead create a plan that includes community engagement, encompasses social and environmental issues, and focuses on implementation steps. 

This workshop intends to amplify the voices in the development sector. Registrants will be able to participate in the City's future Comprehensive Plan update, which will be used to evaluate land use, capital planning, and budgetary decisions. EDC Investors can attend this event for free, but registration is necessary. The deadline for registration is October 31 at 12 p.m.
