• Launch of "All in OP" Talent Attraction Website: Attendees will receive an overview and access tot he Chamber's new talent attraction website, "All in OP," aimed at drawing top talent to the Overland Park region.
• Change Management Cohort Recap: The summit will feature a recap of the Chamber's inaugural change management cohort, which supports businesses in adopting a skills-first approach to hiring and employee development.
