In 2020, small businesses dove directly into the tidal wave that was the Covid-19 pandemic.  One word echoed around the world: “PIVOT”!  Businesses quickly adapted their business models to the changing climate, and with that adaptation came the rush of digital marketing.  SBDCs have seen a surge in client engagement surrounding this topic from SEO, to SMM, to CRM, to “what the heck does all this mean?”! This year we are bringing small businesses and industry experts together to discuss how small businesses can truly maximize their digital marketing efforts in this dynamic and ever-evolving industry. 

The day will feature twelve breakout sessions, two mainstage events and two early morning bootcamps featuring industry experts from marketing, content creation, graphic/web designers and many more professionals. Topics include: social media marketing, analytics (Google, Facebook, Constant Contact, etc.), website user experience, content strategy, blogging, Marketing financials, how to outsource marketing, SEO, SEM, digital channels, AI/Chat strategy/Future AI and CRM utilization and many more!  All sessions will be recorded and available to all attendees throughout and following the conference. 

Our Keynote speaker will be Christina Hager who has a long-standing reputation as a master communicator.  Christina is the President of Ovations Digital which emphasizes Integrated Marketing, Communications and Messaging working with individuals from entrepreneurs to executives from Fortune 500 companies.  Christina is a published author on Forbes and her insights on social media strategy have also appeared in Inc.com, People Maven Magazine, National Jewelry, Capterra Magazine and the Chris Voss podcast.
