Description

The next FREE SciFlix movie is fast approaching! Friday, March 6 at 6:30 we will be showing Steven Spielberg's classic Sci-Fi adventure: Close Encounters of the Third Kind 

The film depicts the story of Roy Neary, a blue-collar worker in Indiana, whose life changes after an encounter with a UFO and Jillian Guiler, a single mother whose three-year-old son Barry is abducted during the same UFO manifestation. 

• Starring Richard Dreyfuss, Melinda Dillon and Teri Garr. 
• Rated PG.

After the movie, we are joined by the Astronomical Society of Kansas City, who will bring their telescopes for stargazing and planet observations. 

Cross your fingers for warm weather that evening, but dress for the outdoors!
