The Event Proposal Manager is an expert in the events industry and enjoys leading clients through the proposal process from start to finish.  They are personable, organized and a great communicator. They thrive in fast-paced environments where working on multiple projects at one time is the norm.


The Event Proposal Manager will work collaboratively with other Business Development team members to collaboratively secure new business. They will begin each potential opportunity by identifying the event objectives, then researching and sourcing hotels/venues and other creative solutions, depending on each proposal’s needs.  They will then present their recommendations to clients and move on to the contract phase, where a high level of critical thinking and detail are crucial.
