Responsible for food preparation, sales, and distribution to facility patrons. Assure all Food preparation and handling is being followed. Daily/nightly deposits of cash. Ensure inventory solvency. Ensure KDHE policies and regulations are followed. Light paperwork and data entry. Operate cash register/ following all cash handling procedures. Open and/or close of the facility. Provide customer service; handles complaints/concerns, resolves problems in relation to purchases and food preparation. Responsible for concession stand and concession area set up and cleanliness Qualifications Min. Age 18 Must be available evenings, weekends and holidays. Required to pass criminal history background check Miscellaneous Information Locations: Heritage Park, Mid-america Sports Complex, Mid-America West Sports Complex/Okun Fieldhouse and The Theater in the Park.
