In this class\, you will learn: What Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMADs) are and why these emotional changes during pregnancy and postpartum are common. Signs and symptoms of PMADs. Practical tools and coping strategies you can use to help yourself or a loved one throughout pregnancy and the first year postpartum. When to seek help and how to find support for yourself or someone you love This class is open to all pregnant women\, postpartum mothers\, significant others\, and family members.
