Survival to Growth Mindset!

Move beyond survival mode with free tools to help small business owners find customers, understand their market, and grow with confidence.

All are welcome to join us for a virtual session focused on helping early-stage business owners build toward long-term stability. Most small businesses do not fail because of one big mistake. They struggle when they cannot consistently find customers, understand their market, respond to early challenges, or make informed growth decisions. Attendees will learn about free local resources, including the Small Business Development Center at JCCC and SizeUp JOCO, a market research tool that can help businesses identify customers, evaluate competitors, understand market opportunities, and navigate common challenges in their first few years.

The program will feature two resource experts who help small businesses:

J.R. Charles, SizeUp - Market Research 

J.R. Charles is an economic development professional with more than 16 years of experience helping businesses and communities use data to make smarter growth decisions. He will show how the SizeUp platform can help small business owners identify customers, understand competitors, and evaluate market opportunities.
