Wednesday Wake-up at SMSD Broadmoor Urban Farm

Join us for our monthly Wednesday Wake-up, a networking coffee event, on the second Wednesday of every month! This member-only event is a great way to make connections, develop lasting business relationships and create new opportunities; all while enjoying a cup of coffee at Shawnee Mission School District's Broadmoor Urban Farm. Find out the latest on Chamber news and maybe even win a great door prize - don't forget your business cards!

"The Broadmoor Urban Farm is located immediately north of the Center For Academic Achievement building next to our prairie restoration project and trailway. The farm is a working farm owned by the Shawnee Mission School District and operated by the Plant and Soil Science class, the newest of the district's Signature Series programs. The class is a full credit class available to students in all five of the district high schools and led by Doug Moles, long time chemistry teacher and environmental advocate at Shawnee Mission West."
