🏆 EDC Micro Grant Showcase!

Celebrate our Micro-grant recipients and close-out Leadership Overland Park’s "Economic Development Day" with a reception celebrating local small business growth!

Join the Economic Development Council for a reception-style showcase at the conclusion of Leadership Overland Park’s Economic Development Day, highlighting recipients of the new Micro Grant Program. This end-of-day gathering will spotlight how Overland Park small businesses are using matching grant support to invest in improvements, expansion, and capacity-building needs that strengthen their businesses and contribute to the community’s economic vitality. Attendees will have the chance to connect with grant recipients, hear how funds are being put to work, and celebrate the momentum created through local investment.

3:45 PM-4:45 PM - Featured Micro Grant Recipients
Hear directly from awarded small businesses about the projects, improvements, and investments their grants are helping make possible.

4:45 PM-5:30 PM - Reception to Follow
Connect with fellow Opportunity Now investors, EDC investors, the Leadership Overland Park cohort, and micro grant recipients in a relaxed setting that closes out the day’s economic development programming.
