Join us on Thursday, September 26th for the first-ever Talent Connect Summit. This annual summit is designed to equip businesses with cutting-edge insights and practical resources to enhance their recruitment and retention efforts. During the program, participants will be able to gain first-access to the Chamber's recently completed workforce study. This includes interactive data dashboards showcasing occupation and workforce information for the region, county, and City of Overland Park.

Our Keynote speaker, Bill Jewell, CIO at the US Chamber, will provide an in depth look at harnessing the power of AI in your workforce today. 


Highlights of the Talent Connect Summit include:

  • Exclusive unveiling of the Chamber's comprehensive workforce study, providing attendees with valuable data-driven insights into the local labor market and emerging trends.
  • Eight breakout sessions dedicated to exploring workforce resources, offering practical tools and strategies that businesses can implement.
  • An exciting keynote session centered on artificial intelligence and its transformative impact on the workforce, helping attended prepare for the future of work.
